For me, Australia was first place on my bucket list! A ‘once in a life time destination’ has since turned into 3 trips ‘down under’, with a total travel time of around 8 weeks. In the southern hemisphere, the seasons are ‘upside down’…so winter is during the months of June – August and summer is December – March. Even in winter, temperatures in Australia are pleasant. I recommend hiring a car or camper van and doing a road trip. Otherwise an alternative option is to fly between the cities. Queenstown, New Zealand is perfect for thrill seekers, with many different adrenaline fuelled activities on offer!
🏢Major cities include: Sydney (Australia), Perth (Australia), Brisbane (Australia) and Auckland (New Zealand).
🍽I’m going to say it…VEGEMITE in Australia. I love it…others hate it.
