Road Trip Scrapbook Ideas!

Bullet journalling, scrapbooking, in the middle of the digital age it’s kinda cool how more people than ever are expressing their creative flair through arts and crafts!  Places like Hobby Lobby are dangerous for the artistic type!  I’ve only ever managed to complete two…one that I made for my Sister’s birthday full of childhood memories and a second one documenting my road trip along Route 66!  I may not be a pro scrapbooker but I’m ridiculously proud of my road trip scrapbook!  In this post I’ll be showing you some of the things I included and why a road trip makes an awesome theme for a scrapbook!

Typing up Travel Journals Into One Book

Packing to emigrate permanently is a pain.  As well as needing clothes for 4 extreme seasons, I obviously want to surround myself with all of my personal possessions and it turns out that 3 suitcases are actually a lot smaller than expected!  Ever since I was young I’ve kept a travel journal for every trip, they are full of memories and mean the world to me.  For YEARS I have been looking for a company that would print my travel journals into one book and I’ve always struggled, but now I’m moving it was more important than ever to find somewhere, 2 books are a lot easier to pack that 30 odd!  I couldn’t find anywhere that would just print off one individual copy that was private.  Everywhere wanted ISBN numbers or bulk printing, but at last I’ve found somewhere and I’m so pleased with the result!

Travel Souvenirs: Christmas Edition

I read a lot of travel blogs and posts and you always see the same thing, don’t buy souvenirs, spend it on experiences.  I agree with the experience part, but as a part-time traveller, I’m not always on THAT tight of a budget, I can afford to do the experiences I want to, as well as buying the odd souvenir.  I love being surrounded by my travel memories everyday.  This is the Christmas Edition of Travel Souvenir ideas!  It’s a shame they only make an appearance for only a couple of weeks a year!
